Software & ERP design
Your company has outgrown its tools. Let's build the system it needs.
I design custom software around the way your business already works — so decisions stop waiting on you, your team always knows what's next, and growth stops feeling like chaos.
Why this matters
Every business grows in the same order: idea, hustle, momentum.
You build it as fast as you can. And then, sooner or later, a quieter question arrives — do you refine how you work, or let the cracks widen?
Notes scattered across your phone. Figures pieced together in spreadsheets. Approvals chased through WhatsApp and email. The very tools that helped you move quickly in the early days quietly become the thing slowing you down. There are only 24 hours in a day. Past a certain size, working hard isn't enough — you need a system.
Fifteen years ago, I was standing exactly where you might be now. I was managing a team of 100 people. My project was growing rapidly, but the processes needed to support that growth barely existed.
I tried the big-name CRM and ERP platforms. They were powerful, but none of them fit the way I actually ran things. What I wanted was a tool that would make me sharper, without forcing me to rebuild the way I worked around it — a tool that would give me an edge rather than just another monthly bill. But it simply didn't exist.
So I built it myself. That first system became the foundation for everything I design today.
Sounds familiar?
Wildly different companies, remarkably similar problems.
Whatever the industry, the same friction shows up again and again. You'll probably recognise a few of these:
Information is scattered, people are overwhelmed. Documents live in a dozen different places, and nobody's sure which version is the latest.
You can't say, with confidence, how much you're actually making on each project.
Reports and statements mean hours of paperwork instead of a couple of clicks.
Everything funnels through you — the business stalls the moment you step away.
A big off-the-shelf rollout feels like a project you'll never find time for.
You've lost another sale this month because the client couldn't get the information they needed in time.
Hello, this is Jacek Pluszcz
I don't approach software as a developer. I approach it as an operator.
Alongside building custom systems I run another growing business. With real clients, real deadlines, real payroll and more moving parts than I'd care to count. When a process is inefficient, I don't discover it during a workshop. I discover it because it wastes my time.
That's why I'm sceptical of software built by people who only know operations from diagrams and strategy sessions.
I know the value of clarity because I need it for myself, my clients, my team and my contractors.
I know the value of time because no one ever seems to have enough of it. And I know that most business owners don't need more features — all of us need fewer bottlenecks.

Where I can help
Software for the parts of the business that keep tripping you up.
Tailored to how you work, built to make the everyday faster. A few of the areas I'm asked about most:
Project scheduling
Bookings, site visits and appointments coordinated in one shared, conflict-free place.
Time management
Hours, shifts and availability tracked properly — no spreadsheets, no chat threads.
Budget management
See what every project costs and earns as it happens — not months after the fact.
Whatever you run on
If it's part of your workflow, it can be part of the system. It bends to fit you.
The approach
A clear path from problem to working system.
Process audit
I learn how your company truly runs, day to day, before a single line of code is written.
Building your system
We shape the software around your real workflow — never a generic, one-size template.
Team training
Your people are shown exactly how to use it, so it's adopted from the very first day.
Development & support
The system keeps evolving with you, backed by ongoing development and hands-on support.
A head start
You're not starting from a blank page.
I bring a library of proven, ready-made modules — then adapt and connect them around your business, so you get a tailored system without the wait of building every piece from zero.
Connected, not isolated
We connect the tools you already use.
Your system doesn't sit in a silo. We wire it into your existing apps and data through secure APIs, so information flows in one direction — forward — and your team stops re-typing the same thing twice. See all integrations →

Questions from our clients
Good questions, honest answers.
Yes. Every system I build runs in the browser and adapts to desktops, tablets and phones — so your team can use it on site, on the road, or at their desk, without installing anything.
It depends on scope, but because I start from a library of proven modules rather than a blank page, most projects move quickly. After the initial audit I'll give you a realistic timeline, and we usually get a working first version into your hands early rather than making you wait for everything at once.
In most cases, yes. Systems can connect to the software you already rely on — accounting, email, calendars and more — so the new system fits into your world rather than forcing you to abandon everything overnight.
We bring it with you. Part of the process is carefully migrating and tidying the information you already have — spreadsheets, documents, contacts and history — so you start on day one with everything in one organised place.
Yes. I'm based in London and work with clients worldwide. The work is remote-first by nature, and I'm happy to fit around your time zone for calls and key sessions.
Absolutely. I work to UK GDPR requirements and am happy to put the appropriate data processing agreement in place before any work begins, so you're covered from the start.
Security is built in from the ground up — encrypted connections, role-based access and regular backups — so the right people see the right information, and your data stays protected at every step.
That's expected — businesses move. The system is built to evolve, and I stay on to develop and support it as your priorities shift, rather than handing it over and disappearing.
As many as you need. Because the system is yours rather than a per-seat subscription, you're free to add accounts as your team grows — from three people to a few hundred.
